OK, I'm due for AF on the 29th or 30th (my ticker isn't always correct) and I haven't tested yet....I know all you POAS pushers will try to get me to now. But anyway, I lifted, well should say *help* lifted a 300 pound trailer and now I'm getting crampy twinge-y pain on the right lower side of my abdomen. Right in front.
What if someone was snuggling in and I just wrecked it ??? I'm not bleeding or anything just strong crampy pains about 5 inches up from my "girl parts."
I don't know about hernias or anything but I'm just more worried I could have messed up a sticky bean...
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

I dont think lifting something would hurt a potential baby. Sometimes in early pregnancy, my ligaments on the sides are more sensitive and I feel the pulling and tugging when I move the wrong way.

Oh HUGS.. I wouldn't be too worried... After my last loss.. I asked my Dr if it could of been from me lifting Pt's.. and he said no. I will be the Stick pusher!!! POAS!!!! Oh I can't wait to hear, I am praying that the pulling you feel is that little bean snuggling in nice and deep!

I don't think that you could hurt anything, especially this early. I'd keep positive that these are the good cramps.

My AF is due May 29th too, and today I had those exact same cramps and pains you were talking about.. I believe they could be your uterus stretching or the ligaments.. I am not testing early so I am not gonna push you.. Good luck

My Aunt- who is also my midwife, says you can't damage a baby from lifting, doctors tell you not to lift because it increases your chance of injuring yourself in another way-like falling, etc...
