Follow up appt today, didnt go as expected

As I said before I ended up having to go back to a doctor I wanted nothing to do with again, because he was the only one my ins would allow to do the d&c last week. I was DREADING my follow up appt today, I just knew he was going to try to talk me into a IUD or BC. To my shock he said the hystroscopy showed my uterus is perfectly healthy. No scarring like his partner thought I had. He supports my theory that these losses were from a clotting disorder, and told me to ask the high risk doc to run the test when I go for my follow up there. He said with blood thinners, I should have a baby! AND he said he admired our dedication to trying for another. I was SHOCKED. I cried in the car on the way home, because I really didnt expect that!

He also told me I was fine to resume normal activities already.

I'm so sorry that you had to go through another loss. One is too many, much less how many you and your DH have had to endure!! I am so happy on the other hand that your dr has finally done a 180 and is being supportive of you TTC!! And so glad there is no scarring. It sucks you had to lose another baby to get to this point but lots of prayers that the next time it is a happy healthy 9 months with a sticky bean! Its good to have some kind of answers after all this time!! Good Luck when you TTC again. Praying for a

I'm pretty new around here so I don't know your story - but I just wanted to say that I'm really glad you got a good response from your doctor! It's great to have a doctor that's actually working for YOU! Sounds like you got wonderful news and I hope you get a BFP really soon!

Just wanted to let you know I've started reading your blog and I've been crying the whole way. I really feel like I can relate to you in so many ways even though our stories are different.

You are so strong, but also so weak, and I really relate with both ; and you express everything beautifully.

I'm glad your doctor is helpful especially after such a bad track record with doctors not being helpful, I can only hope & pray mine will be when I go in next week.
