Did you continue to spot after a d&c? Its been 10 days, my doc cleared me for normal activity on Friday, but after I do something (like clean, swim, take out the trash) I start to spot again. It's brown and not a lot, but it is still weird to me. Is it normal?

I think that's normal...I spotted for 3 weeks before I started to bleed again (due to something else)....I think spotting on and off is very normal...Mine also got worse the more I would do...I hope it stops soon!!

I had a similar thing happen - I bled for about a week, then spotted for about 2 weeks. I had a day of actual bleeding too after about 3 weeks, and my dr said to just monitor it and if it was more than a pad/hour then I should go to the ER b/c it's hemorraging. It stopped a few days later and I've been about a week without spotting.

I bled for about 3 weeks and it was never the same. Sometimes strong and sometimes light. It went from bright red to brown to red again and I also bed more with some activities. I think it's normal.
