Ok, I am trying a new opk this go around, poas kind instead of strips. Been testing since CD 12.... only had very faint line on all until today, it is not the same intensity but it is alot brighter than the rest of them... so does this mean it is positive??? Normally have pos anywhere from cd 14-16 and today is cd17.Thanks ladies for your help!

The test line has to be darker than the control line. I would test again later tonight and get to BD'ing. You should be O'ing soon. Good luck!!!

Here is a great website to look at what a + is..

The line has to be just as dark... or Darker.. You said you are on CD17? And you usually get a + between 14-16? Could you have missed your surge?

Ok, Thanks! I did not know, the box says if it is similar to or darker, but on the old ones I took it said it had to be at least as dark as. I am using the Answer ones from wal mart. This one was my last one, so guess I need to go buy another . I hope I did not miss my surge, I have been poas since day 12 at around 2 or 230 everyday.

I would also try a CBE digi, there is no guessing about it - you either see the or not. I swear by them!

Have you been sick or stressed out at all recently? If so that can cause your ovulation to be delayed.

I don't know if the stick kind of Answer are the same as the dip strip kind, but I've used the strip kind for 3 cycles and haven't gotten a positive until either the day I O'd or the day after.....I agree I like the digis they're just so expensive!
