So it's now been something like 2 1/2 weeks since my bleeding has stopped from my last D&C and almost 4 weeks since I was in the hospital for my hemorrhageing....Yesterday AF started, it was light which was fine, but today it got heavy and I can't help but be scared that it's all going to happen all over again...I almost want to cry everytime I go to the bathroom and I see blood....It's just flooding back all the memories of how awful I felt and how much blood I was losing and it's scaring the crap out of me...It was more tramatic than my first D&C, actually it was probably the most tramatic thing that's ever happend to me..I was so close to death and it really puts things into perspective...I keep thinking "what if I didn't go to the hospital when I did, what would of happend?" I just never want anything like that to happen again...I just needed to vent about how scared I am right now...I don't feel like telling people IRL...thanks for reading!!!!

I can understand that hun.... After your horror story of your D&C I have been watching my bleeding from this miscarriage cause at times it feels like it is super heavy and then I do nothing for a while and then again it is pouring out but I h avn't exceeded a pad an hour or anything like that.. Hugs hun hang in there.

After your ordeal, I can understand your worry. I really hope things get better for you. I thought the first af after my mc was bad just because emotionally it was another reminder of my mc, but you had such a horrible mc all I can say is ((hugs))!

Yes this AF is nothing like a normal one..I wouldn't say the bleeding is any worse than before because I always had heavy periods any way, but the cramping is what's killing me...I cramped for a week before it even started...I usually don't get cramps like this.

I imagine you are very scared, understandably! What you went through will affect you for a long time, I imagine physically as well as emotionally. i know you will be extra careful now with what you went through. Im sorry this is so scary but now you will know what to watch for. And on a positive note, AF showed! You are a little bit closer to being able to ttc! Good luck hun! ~~hugs~~

another thing i'm worried about is my blood...I went last week to get blood taken to see if I need to take extra iron and I never got a call back (i'm thinking i'm going to call tomorrow)...Well this afternoon after my bleeding has picked up ALOT i'm feeling weak and I have a horrible headache like I would get last time I was bleeding...If my blood is still low will AF bleeding cause me to feel some of those symptoms again? I'm not worried that i'm bleeding too much, it's heavy but not to the point where I think something is wrong, but my body hasn't even had 4 weeks to recover from getting 2 blood transfusions.

I totally understand how you feel. Though I didnt have the problems post d&c you did, I had a horrifying exp before it. Hemorrhaging to the point of blacking out for two days. I am scared to death of my next period. Hugs.

I am so sorry you are having a scary period. Especially after everything you have been through. Hopefully things will calm down and you stop bleeding soon.

Thanks! It's slowed down today, so i'm not as freaked out as I was yesterday....I just wish the cramps would stop.
