I am too scared to TTC, but DH really, really wants another. I agreed to ntnp, and just praying we don't have another loss. Anyways, I was already using opks earlier this cycle, so I continued to use them. I usually get very close to positive opks, but this past Tuesday, the second line was so dark purple, it was almost black. I have never seen an opk that dark, from anybody. DH was working though, so no sex. I looked at the calendar and realized we had unprotected sex Sunday night, so almost 2 days earlier. Fertility Friend says we are fertile a few days before the "o" day. So do you think we have a chance this cycle? Thanks ladies.

We had unprotected sex on cycle day 13 and I ovulated on cycle day 15 and I am now almost 12 weeks, so yes - it is very, very possible. I am also pretty sure that when I got pregnant last July, it was also 2 days before ovulation. It is scary to be pregnant after a loss, but also worth it.

My fingers are crossed for you! Sperm can live from 2 to 5 days, so absolutely its possible!! Good luck!!

Last cycle I bd CD 16 thinking I would O on that day and I didn't O till CD 18 and I got pregnant.. So it is possible.. Hang in there hun..
