Ladies my body is really confusing me!! I'm only on CD8 after my m/c and I'm having O pains already but I don't O on my own. The cycle I got pg was my first cycle Oing in...well I have no idea when, and that was with Clomid. Can I actually be gearing up to O on my own, this soon? Could it just be a cyst? It doesn't really feel like one because I'm having minor cramping too

It could be your corpus luteum breaking down but that's just a guess.. I would have said ovulation but it's not usual to O so early after a m/c.. on a normal cycle I O CD14-18, on my first post-m/c cycle I didn't O until CD 23.

I got my answer. I have a UTI. I did one of those home test thingies and am going to get another box since it was the last one to check again later and make sure it wasn't a fluke. Guess I'll be calling the doctor tomorrow. When are things going to get better? Sorry, needed to vent..

Hugs, I o'd on CD21 so fingers crossed that you will ovulate again. I will say that I had cramping, spotting, and everything start on CD18 but did not get a positive OPK until CD21. I hope if it is a UTI it goes away quickly.
