I tested for ovulation this month and it appears that I did ovulate, CD 19, confirmed with temps and OPKs. We did not DTD anywhere close to a fertile window, we made sure we didn't. So AF technically should be due next week. I know anything can happen after a M/C. I am having the most intense menstrual cramps I have ever had, and I am so bloated. I would actually go as far to say that these are worse then the ones I had during my M/C. Is this normal? To be getting them this early(6 DPO) with no bleeding from AF? Or for them to be this intense? I have had them for two days now, there is no spotting or anything yet. Did anyone have cramps like this? Thank you.

I just had my first AF post miscarriage and I have to say that my cramps were worse than the bleeding....I had cramps for over a week before I even had AF and they lasted the whole time during AF...Sorry i'm no more help than that...I hope they ease up soon for you.

My periods post miscarriage were always different, usually the first one was brutal...

the early cramping might be the physical changes and the body trying to gear up for a cleansing AF... shedding and rebuilding your uterine lining.

I'm sorry you're feeling such intense cramps hope that AF comes and cleans up, then leaves you feeling healed, better than before.
