I've done WW's before not right now tho... still trying to get myself eating more often since I usually go all day without eating because I just don't *feel* hungry

not good I know. I eat good and reasonable portions... just need to more frequently. Plus I usually walk @ 5mph for at least 5mi 5 days a week. (altho I've slacked in the past couple weeks, bad weather)
My weight is related to medications I've been on, right now no matter what I do I stay the same within 5lbs... anti-epilepsy drugs (4 FM) tend to make you gain and trying to loose medication weight is ridunkulous! Thought stopping certain meds would make it melt off, I was wrong.
Anyways enough of my rambling... yes at time when the emotions run high, unfortunatly some foods "comfort" us like chocolate or ice cream a little too good!
