My adopted daughter has a few developmental delays (mostly speech) so I have joined a few groups aimed at natural supplements and homeopathic treatments. Someone posted that they had really bad PMS and had bought a book about traditional chinese medicine which helped them tremendously with their PMS even though it was a book about achieving fertility (she wasn't trying to get pregnant, just help with PMS). Amazon.com: The Infertility Cure: The Ancient Chinese Wellness Program for… The book is filled with UNBELIEVABLE success stories of women who weren't able to conceive due to many reasons, even high LH and years of very expensive fertility treatments. (just read some of the comments on the amazon.com page)

Ok here comes the crazy part. LOL I ordered the book to also help with severe PMS and endo. I don't know if any of you remember from when I was on this board, but we were considering trying again (after our ectopic), but weren't quite ready, so I thought it may come in handy when we did start trying too. I read it and got pregnant the same month & we weren't even trying (we were actually preventing)! Funny coincidence because I hadn't even incorporated any of the suggestions. lol

I passed it on to my sister because she had been trying to get pregnant for 2.5yrs with no luck at all. She got pregnant within a week of reading this book. She wasn't even using the suggestions yet either. We are due less than 2 weeks apart. It's a huge joke in our family and no one will even touch that book. lol

I can't help but wonder how much more effective it would be if the suggestions were actually followed! LOL So borrow or buy this book girlies...apparently all you have to do is read it. j/k

I have a friend we call the fertility goddess. Everyone she works with gets pregnant. First a friend who had been trying for a year, then another girl who had been trying for 2 months after recovering from a stillbirth, then another girl ttc her last child, and finally me (who had been trying for 18 months before that.) Within a week or two of me working with her i was pregnant. Insane i know...but she seems to have a power.

That is crazy...a girl i host TTC your first with is trying TCM after 2+ years of ttc. Hopefully it will work for her!!

I had bought that book about a month ago.... think I've had it for a couple weeks now (ordered it from amazon) There's some good info in there and makes a whole lot of sense!
