Okay, I can admit it to you ladies, I am really hoping that during our ntnp stage we get an oopsie. I have PCOS though so who knows if I'll even ovulate on my own or not...but I really think I might have over the weekend (I was crazy crampy for 4 days, had lots of CM for the first two of those, and my cervix has definitely dropped...and I was completely horny over those days - probably tmi but just giving the facts!) And DH said "you must be getting ready to start your period because I can't get enough of you right now!" and I said that probably means I am ovulating, not getting ready to start AF! So I guess we'll see in 2 weeks...

I haven't had AF since the m/c, and I never have regular cycles anyway. I'm not using opk's or anything, just hoping...but I hate to get my hopes up because I don't even know if I o'd! Or if I even will before August (that's when we're going to actively ttc again). I am a little nervous about getting pg before having my first AF, but given the facts, she may never come on her own...and I figure 6 weeks gives my lining time to build up...anyone have any thoughts/advice/recommendations?

I dont necessarily have any advice...but I sure do have hope for you and with you. Hang in there...we have all heard those stories of women who stop trying and that's when it happens. Keep your hope up and I will too!

Good luck! If it helps any, I heard women tend to be VERY fertile right after a miscarriage...agreeing with what martilynne said.
