They don't think that the Lupus is causing my losses, just that i am a old broad.
The Speckled pattern is what they see in lupus patients. It isn't a definative yes, but it leans that way. You usually have to have 4 of the markers for lupus for you to be diagnosed. I have the fatigue, malar rash, joint pain, mouth sores (painless) and a positive speckled ana. I've also had pleuresy and that is another sign of lupus. I get fevers everyday, usually in the afternoon and I get night sweats from time to time.
I would suggest that you stay out of the sun and wear spf 70 until you get a diagnosis, Sun exposure can trigger a flair.
