i have been checking in everyday to keep up with you all! we ended up putting off TTC until after i ran my 5k... and that was last saturday so.......

here we go again my lovelies! it has been 6 months since i lost my angel. we are now both ready to really jump in with both feet and try again!

my run went really well! believe me, i was NOT a runner when i started. i joined a beginning running club called First Strides. we met twice a week and they taught me how to run - pretty painlessly! i started in march and ran the 5 k in june! came in 81 out of 302 LOL

it is worth looking into. you dont have to run, they have walkers as well!
