Well this is my first Af since having my miscarriage and it is horrible....it came exactly 4 weeks to the day of my miscarriage but it is just a little dissapointing I was hoping I would have been pregnant before my Af but I guess not....Also the cramps this time are almost as bad as the day I had the miscarriage but the bleeding is not that bad yet, it started off as really dark brown almost black. Anyways back to the OPKS at least I know I ovulated...Good luck everyone

I am sorry it is so bad for you... My first 3 AF's were like that. I remember with my first one I almost went to the ER it hurt so much. ((Hugs)) Hope you feel better!

I just had mine about 3 weeks ago and I agree the cramps were horrible.

My first was really bad also. The cramps were insane and the clotting/flow was way more than usual. Im glad your body is getting back on track thou and hopefully you will see that BFP next cycle!

I just got over my first and it was HORRENDOUS. Big hugs and I hope it eases up on you soon. The cramps for me were 100 times worse then the bleeding.
