I'm 11 dpo and AF is due tomorrow, I broke down and tested even though I told myself I would wait it out this month. BFN of course Hopefully AF will show on time this month, and I'm going to go get Soy isoflavones tomorrow. If somebody could just remind me, I think I saw that you take it cd 3-7 and I should take approx 80 mg?

I am sorry about your BFN. My af is due today to. I didnt test today because my temps look as though they are making there way down.
Hope we soon find outself with a BFP. Now on the soy, what form does that come in because I have thought of trying that too. Is it like a protein powder or a pill?

I'm so sorry AF showed for you. Good luck with the soy. I've heard the same, take it either CD3-7 or CD5-9 (like Clomid). And take 80-120 mg to start (it supposedly needs 2x the dose of Clomid, and many start on 50 mg Clomid). I tried 80 mg day 3-7 this cycle, and didn't notice a difference- I don't know if others have tried, but maybe start with 120 mg? Good luck!

 I'm sorry AF showed!
The soy iso... ya you can take it 3-7, 4-8, 5-9 and 80mg's. I took it this cycle and I did have some side effects, but not too horrible. If AF shows again I'll do it again except I might start earlier in my cycle & possibly go for a higher mg as well.

What days did you ladies take it on? I'm thinking I'm going to do 3-7 since my cycles are pretty short, and the pills I bought today are 60 mg so I'm going to take 2.

So how big are these soy pills? I have trouble swallowing pills. LOL Does anyone know if you can get it in powder form that would work the same? I think I may try preseed and more robotussin this cycle. I am also thinking of buying the clearblue fertility monitor. Its pricey but its a lot cheaper than IUI. Anyhow let me know what size these soy pills are. Maybe I can take them.

I think they come in different sizes? And I'm not sure about the powder form. I had a hard time finding the soy in stores here, and the pills I got are on the larger size of pill form. Maybe look online and find a smaller pill, I just didn't want to wait another cycle so I bought what I could find.
