I was like that for several cycles after my miscarriage. I have very irregular cycles though. It did come back though, and now it's normal. Try drinking a cup or two of grapefruit juice every day as a quick fix. After a few days of doing that, I noticed a huge difference. It is kind of one of those acquired tastes. It may taste nasty to you, but it's well worth it.

I had some success with eating an orange every day for a week before doing the grapefruit juice thing. It doesn't work quite as well, but it's better than nothing. Good luck!
