Do you get any signs or symptoms of ovulation other than a positive OPK or temp rise for charters and the obvious sign of CM?

I've noticed a few things the past couple of cycles and I am fairly certain that I can pinpoint my ovulation within a day or so just with the symptoms my body gives me. I'm wondering if other people notice the symptoms too or if 4 years of TTC just has fine tuned my senses enough that I pick up on tiny things? The other possibility, of course, is that it's all in my head and 4 years of TTC had officially taken my sanity from me. lol

I am fairly certain that I just ovulated. (like tonight or sometime today) For the past few days EWCM started showing up and got consistantly more obvious. I've got a pimple in the same exact spot on my chin a day or so before ovulation the past 4 months for sure. Maybe before, but I didn't notice it. Today I was really nauseous for no reason early this afternoon. This evening I had some cramps around where my left ovary is, and now tonight my nipples are already sore. If the past few cycles repeat, they will remain sore tomorrow and then disappear for a week or so and then come back with a vengence just before AF is due. Anyone else have any similar experiences or am I just CRAZY?!? lol

No you're not crazy!
I get ovulation pains, and the day before or day of O my nipples get sooo sore. Also I get slight cramping in the middle for a few days after O.

sometimes I get O symptoms twice or 3 times, but I usually know I O'ed if I don't get the symptoms again! LOL

I have never been able to get OPK's to work just because my cycles are often very long.

But between CP, CM and me turning into ultra-&*%^# everytime I O - I can usually pick it out...

Not crazy! Before my son I never noticed but now besides the CM, I get cramps and tender breasts. I didn't know what it was I thought I was getting AF symptoms every two weeks but when I explained to my doctor she said it was most likely ovulation. Hopefully it will help with TTC.

Yep, me too, and since starting cycles again since Patrick was born (so, 3 so far) I have gotten WICKED TERRBILE ovulation cramps. I only get them that bad once and only for half an hour, so I'm fairly certain I can pinpoint that closely when I O. I also break out terribly and have the breast tenderness too. Nausea too, but that lasts until I start my period.
