Ok, so I need some advice ladies! I had finally had a pos opk on cd 18 and 19, I thought AF came CD 32, I am pretty irregular most of the time, so did not think much of it, but then my normal 5-6 day AF seemed to be a 4day very irregular cycle, I took a test on cd 30 and got a bfn, but like I said I had 2 days of somewhat normal af bleeding and 2 days of on again off again, more so spotting and was not bright red, tmi I know! Sorry for that! But I am just wondering if I should maybe test again or just wait. I am now cd 12(if that was actually af) Just wondering if maybe it coulda been implantation bleeding. I know I am probably just wishful thinking as my last m/c due date is right around the corner and my two bfs *that were due same time as me* are having their babies this week

I'm sorry I don't have any advice, I'm still feeling pretty clueless about things like this even though I've been at it for 4 yrs. But I just wanted to wish you good luck, and I hope you can get your cycle figured out and get your bfp soon!

Not sure what you should do, it wouldn't hurt to poas if you want to know for sure, but it will more than likely be negative. AF's are very wacky and if you're already irregular it's possible that it's just that your "norm" of irregularity. Man that sounds confusing just writing.

I just suggested this to Kira, but have you considered herbal female cycle tonics? Like Chaste tree berry (aka Vitex) it's taken daily for weeks, months and is gentle on your system but will be totally effective within a month to a few months. If I were you I'd look into getting your cycle on track, perhaps read some of these newer Chinese traditional medicine infertility books that work with centering your life, hormones, eating and all around. It's a huge thing now a days even with Reproductive specialists.

If you are worrying about it, then for all means POAS, but like Celena said, be prepared for it to be negative. AF can be slightly different each month. The whole process stinks! I hope this is your month!

AF was irregular for me for the first few months and then it returned back to normal. I am sorry you are going through this, it is hard enough mentally without dealing with physical stress as well. (Hugs)

Thanks everyone! I am starting my opk today, I am sure it is just my crazy body playing tricks on my mind! It likes doing that to me.

Celena I have actually not heard of any of the stuff you are suggesting, and additional info would be great!!!!

I have been taking DHEA for almost 2 months now. It is supposed to help lower FSH levels in older women. In addition I am going to take soy isoflavins cd 2-6 and the vitex.

Teri, please do research before taking anything. None of this stuff is "medically approved" but there are a lot of success stories out there.

Google Vitex - there is a lot of great information out on the web.
