Ugggghhh
I am suppose to be on weight watchers and have actually lost 3 lbs. Since AF came on Friday all I want to do is eat. I had a cheat day on Sat which extended through Sunday and then today I am in such a funk that I am still eating. I gained back a 1 lb already.
We went to a wedding Sunday night and took pics. Man I look like such a cow. I am so upset with myself right now. I just get so upset when AF comes and then I eat.
I know how you feel, I'm exactly the same way. AF comes, I get depressed, and I eat and eat. Just remember though, we are our own worst critic. I hope you'll get out of your funk soon, this is a new month and maybe it will be the lucky one!
