AF showed for me yesterday I guess we will be moving on to trying for an April 2011 baby. It's hard to believe that we have been TTCAL for so long. I hope this cycle is our lucky cycle. I will be trying 160 mg soy isoflavones CD3-7, hoping to O earlier than CD25-35. Last cycle I tried 80 mg and didn't notice any difference, so I hope the higher dose will kick my ovaries into gear!

I got mine at Walmart. Last cycle I didn't have any side effects, but I know some people do, so they say to take them before bed and just sleep through the yuckiness.

I did get some side effects of nausea last cycle the first time I took them. This cycle I doubled up and feel bloated, been nauseated again not sure if it's coincidence or what.
