Hi Ladies... I thought I would join since DH & I are offically TTC again...
Alitte bit about me: I'm Elizabeth (30), DH: Dean (30).... My husband has a son (5yrs old) from a previous marriage whom we get every other weekend and I'm a birthmom to a beautiful 7 yr old whom I see 3 times a year through open adoption. My DH and I have 2 angel babies together.. Our Daughter Alexis Grace aka Lexi passed away in December she was 1 day short of being 4 months old and then I got pg in March and had a MMC in april w/ D&C.....
I am so nervous to get pregnant yet want to be SO badly.... So we have decided to go ahead and try again.. praying and HOPING we will get a sticky bean this time... Just thought I would wait and hang out here until we hopefully get our BFP!!

Welcome. I'm so sorry to hear about your losses. The picture of Lexi in your sig is just beautiful. If you don't mind my asking, what did she die from?
TTCAL is terrifying. While you're not pregnant, you're guaranteed never to have another loss, but when you decide to try and you get pregnant again you put your heart at risk. I'm not saying it's not worth it, but it's just scary.

Elizabeth, HUGS... I am so sorry for your losses.. Your Birthdaughter is Beautiful as is Lexi. What beautiful girls you have. I hope your BFP comes quickly. And you have that little miracle in your arms soon. Lossing children is so hard. I am so sorry you have been through pregnancy loss and the loss of a living child. HUGS.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and welcome. It really means alot to me.
Brittanie.... We thought we had lost our sweet Lexi to SIDS but we just received the autopsy last month and learned that she passed away from complication of pneumonia.. we never even knew she had it. Imagine the shock. We had been back and forth to the dr's and they never caught it. It angers me so much. We have a lawyer looking over her medical records now and will know hopefully soon if we have a case against her Doctors... Our daughter should be alive... they never even did a chest xray.

Elizabeth,
Welcome to the boards and I am so very sorry for your losses. Lexi is so beautiful, what a tragic thing to have happened.
I'm Kim, 34, and DH and I have a 1 year old little girl Nora and I had a M/C a month ago at 8 wks PG.
We are terrified to TTC too but hopefully we will all get our BFPs and have happy endings very soon.

Elizabeth
Welcome here! WOW, I'm just in awe and disbelief (further solidifies why I do NOT trust doctors) So sorry to hear about the tragedy with Lexi and your recent loss, but I pray there is peace in your heart and life. Hopefully you won't even be here long enough to get to know this place very much before you move forward with a new chapter of a bfp and sticky bean!
I have to say you sound incrediably balanced for all that you've been thru and must have a wonderful supportive husband by your side. Glad to have you here and hope to get to know you as well.
Celena 33yr, DH Andre 32yr I have 3 biological children that I have custody of, DH has 1 DD custody of and we've been ttc our first together since 04-2008. We have been thru 3 losses (in my sig) and are workin' hard towards that precious sticky bean.

I am so sorry about your losses. I also had a MMC recently. I hope your stay here is short, and you guys get your BFP soon.
