So last night AF showed up for the first time since my M/C. It's not as bad as I thought, I had heard it would be very painful and heavy. It is heavy and mildly painful but not as bad as my first periods after I had my daughter.

I guess I am just glad that it means we have a clean slate and we can officially start TTC this cycle again.

I'm glad AF showed, and I hope this is the last time she comes to visit for at least 9 months! Hoping you get a BFP next cycle!

Ami yours hasn't shown up yet? I heard it can take awhile.... I'm not all that surprised she showed up TBH, I got AF 4 weeks to the day after having DD even though I was BF too. I guess I'm 'blessed' in that way.

I'm really hoping for a BFP this cycle but DH just had emergency surgery (gallbladder) a week ago today and I was in the ER diagnosed with an ulcer this week so it's been a bad week for us health wise... hopefully we'll be up to the task!

It's nice to be surprised with a slightly easier AF than anticipated post-loss altho it's never easy, but nice to move forward. Glad that she's shown up for you tho and I hope she stays mild for the most part.

Mine post loss were hell on wheels. Bleh.
