Brandi's question of when you'd be due this cycle got me to thinking. So I pulled up JM's period calculator and due date calculator and had some fun. I went ahead and assumed I'd go back to having 28 day cycles for this.

So, this cycle's lmp date is July 4th (fun huh?). My EDD would be April 10, 2011 (day before my best friend's birthday). This date is okay as far as being due, but I can't get pregnant this cycle because I need to get my dental work done (still 22 fillings to go!) Not to mention if I got pregnant now I wouldn't be able to fit in the dress I'm making for Halloween!

Next period would be Aug. 1, 2010, and my EDD would be May 8, 2011. I can't do that. Cora's EDD based on LMP was May 9. I really could not handle being due so close to Cora's EDD and birthday.

Next period would be Aug. 29, 2010 and my EDD would be June 5, 2011. Erin's birthday is June 7th, and my anniversary is June 17th. It wouldn't be terrible...but I've always said I don't want 2 birthdays in 1 month.

Next period would be Sep. 26, 2010 and my EDD would be July 3, 2011. It's my other best friend's birthday that day, DH's birthday is July 1st, my dad's birthday is July 6th (today) and I have a nephew born July 7th. None of these are real objections. DH's family is planning a reunion in Michigan in August, though, and we'd be traveling with a less-than-2-month-old infant. I find this actually preferable to traveling pregnant, so this would actually be a possibility if it weren't for the halloween costume thing.

Next period would be Oct. 24, 2010 and my EDD would be July 31, 2011. With the reunion in August sometime, I find this a no-go. I don't want to travel with a less-than-one-month-old baby.

Next period would be Nov. 20, 2010 and my EDD would be Aug. 27, 2011. Same objections as above. Not traveling the month of my due date!

Next period would be Dec. 18, 2010 and my EDD would be Sept. 24, 2011. I don't have any real objections to this, though traveling would be a little risky. Not sure I'd really want to do it.

Next period would be Jan. 15, 2011 and my EDD would be Oct. 22, 2011. No objections at all, except one. I've said I wanted an 11/11/11 baby for ever. If I wait that long, I might as well wait one more cycle!

Next period would be Feb. 12, 2001 and my EDD would be Nov. 19, 2011. That's as far as I went.



So long story short....I think I've decided I might as well wait. *sigh*

LOL your to funny. Fact is it will happen when its meant to happen. When I do this I can come up with a million reasons why its not a real good mth or time. At this point I do not care when it is as long as I have a baby. 2yrs of ttc kinda does that to you. LOL

Yeah, Brandi, I was thinking that same thing. "If I had been TTC for a while, none of this would matter!" But February is the TTC date that DH has sort of agreed to, and I'd been wanting to move that date forward. But thinking about it...maybe it's better if I just wait it out.

Yes, I had been thinking about waiting till our vacation was over since this is our first ever vacation coming up in Sept, but I just couldnt do that. If I end up sick and pg then we will just have to put our vacation off till I feel better. Probably will not go where we planned but we can still have a little vacation. LOL

Jan.. is only 6 months away.. not all that long! By the time the summer is over.. It will be just around the corner!!!
