For those that don't know, AF has not come since April before my IUI. It has been very frustrating. So I finally went to the RE today. I have 2 huge cysts on my right Ovary and have to take birth control pills. I am glad that is all it is and I don't have to have surgery or anything.
Thanks for being here for me.

Hi Missy, Im glad they dont have to do anything invasive to get rid of the cysts. How long will you have to be on bc?
Wow, AF on leave since April? Holy, no kidding, that would be absolutely frustrating! Its good you have an answer for it now. Best wishes!

That sucks that you have to deal with cysts, but hopefully the bc will take care of them quickly. Good luck!

Ok, this is really weird... Doctors office just called and she thinks I ovulated and am in the 2ww type area. They said my estrogen is 140 and my progestrone level is 12.5. She said because my progestrone level is higher she thinks AF is going to start anytime and said to hold off on the birth control pills for a few weeks and see if AF shows on her own.
weird...

I'm sorry about your cysts and that things are a little confusing for you right now, I'm glad it is nothing too serious. I hope that AF will return for you soon so that you can get your cycles back on track.

Thanks Ladies!!! I highly, highly doubt that I would get a BFP. I was out of town around the time I "would" have o'ed. I just want my cycle back!
You are all so wonderful.

Missy, I hope you get an answer one way or another in the next couple weeks. Isn't it funny how nothing ever turns out the way you expect? I hope a surprise BFP is waiting for you!

Thanks again! You are all so freaking wonderful. The sides of my bb's are sore today and that usually means AF is coming in a week... I am so excited, I just want my body to go back to normal.
Thanks again for all of your well wishes.

I'm glad that AF is showing signs of coming, it is totally weird that she said you must've just O'd from what it looked like. I do hear that bcp can make the cysts go away without having to worry about invasive surgery. Praying that it only takes one pack to get things to a normal size and your body back on track.
altho' an alternative like say something POSitive would be super duper cool!
 love you lady!!!

Love you too! The reason why they think I o'ed is the way my insides looked as well as where my progesterone level is. So I am not taking the BCP and holding off. I have the script filled so if in a week they tell me to start taking them I am ready.
