I would watch any "over the counter" you get at a health food store. These are not regulated by the FDA, While yes it is a low dose. It is a dose non the less. If you have not had testing, Even though you had your son, other issues could be the problem. If you have no problem with your LP.. You should get blood work done. If your dr puts you on progesterone... than he can monitor you. Progesterone should be started within 24 hours of ovulation.. if thier is an issue. Than is should be stoped on 14DPO if you get a BFN to bring on AF since Progesterone will delay the start of AF. Progesterone will give you pregnancy like syptoms. Sore boobs, nausea, bloating, cramping, dizziness.. these are just a few "pregnancy" like you can experiance. And like Stephanie said... I know I have posted this many many times.. But every time progesterone questions come up.. I like to post it... sine many Dr.. feel that low progesterone does NOT cause m/c.. the m/c causes the low progesterone. While other Dr's.. (like mine) will put you on it.. (if you are medicaly cleared to go on it) "just in case"...... He feels that it can't hurt, just help.. but will only do the 200mg... (will only raise your progesterone slightly) And if thier is a problem with pregnancy... progesterone will delay the start of the m/c. I would say that you should call your Dr to have your levels checked before taking anything over the counter. You don't want to do something that might hurt your chances of concieving. HUGS
