*** Back from tests. Had a mammogram and a sonogram. NO Cancer!!!!
They still dont know what is wrong. I may have to have more tests, possibly a surgery to look at my ducts, but it's NOT CANCER!
So the other day, after have fun time with the hubby, I noticed a little speck of blood on my nipple. I expressed and blood came out, I really didnt think anything of it, maybe it was a scratch...
The next day I forgot all about it until the afternoon, when I lightly squeezed and more blood came out. I got more worried. Then I hit the internet. BIG MISTAKE.
It seems blood coming from one nipple is a sign of breast cancer. I went to ob today, who did not comfort me much. She said she has not seen this in someone who is not nursing. And that YES, it is a sign of cancer. Though the good news is that it is only cancer 10% of the time. I have it on my side, that NO ONE in my family on either side has ever had cancer.
With some scrambling I got an appt for a mammogram and ultrasound tomorrow morning.
I am a wreck. I have a barely controlled panic attack disorder, that has been out of control the last 2 days. I was in the ER last night with a pulse of 150.
I keep trying to remind myself 90% of the time this is NOT cancer. But I am scared to death. If you don't mind, please pray for me tomorrow.

Oh, I am so sorry you are going through this, how scary! I hope all goes well tomorrow, keep your chin up and try to relax as much as possible. (I know, easier said than done). Do you have any zanax or anything to help you with your panic attacks? Praying for you girl! (((Hugs)))

Good luck honey!! I'm hoping that it's something like a burst cyst or a non-cancerous mass if anything!

Glad to hear it isn't cancer. That stinks about the surgery. Hopefully if you have to get it done it won't be too painful.
