I had a miscarriage in May at about 12 weeks, and since then I've been avoiding JM. Posting on the TTCAL board makes my loss seem more real, and I guess I've been avoiding it. DH and I are about to TTC again, and I'm not sure what this will bring up for me emotionally, so I decided to get back on JM because I'm sure there are people here who understand.

HUGS... I am so sorry for your loss... But I am glad you found this board. TTCAL.. is so hard. You know what it is like to have the carefree BFP.. Now it is nothing but anxiety and fear... We all know how that is like. While you will hear on this board, ladies who have had mulitple losses.. (Like myself)... We have happy endings also.. and have ladies after losses who are in the middle of thier pregnancies.. The ladies here are full of support durring the two week waits.. (2ww to ovulation, than 2ww for testing) We will support you during your dark days.. when you question why you are trying again.. since you don't want to have another loss... We understand... And will obsess with you during the 2ww to test.. and every symptom you wonder could this be it!! You have jumped on a roller coaster.. One that we have all been on... some get off.. some move on, and some unfortantly come back. But our desire to have a baby.. out weighs our fear.. HUGS And Welcome to the board!

I am Kim and I had a loss at 8 weeks in June. This is out first month TTC again and we are scared too.

You will find a lot of good supportive ladies here.

I think that first month TTCAL brings up lots of different emotions for each of us. I've learned that whatever you are feeling at any particular moment is appropriate and something that at least one other lady on here has felt on her journey. It is really scary sometimes and that is what all these ladies are here for so you don't have to go through the scary times alone. I'm sorry about your loss and hope that you get a sticky BFP real soon!

I avoided this board for quite a awhile after my m/c and hung around the PL board.. I'm currently single and wont be TTC for quite a while but.. I felt as I was ready to make the move over here!!

It took me until now to find this board, after we lost our baby around 11 weeks in April. What a wonderful place it is! Ladies are very supportive, and we have all been where you are now. I wish you the best for your TTC journey, and I'll pray for that sticky bean for you!
