Our RE gave us a 50% chance of having a healthy pregnancy on our own and I just think the odds are too high. It didn't help ease my mind at all when he told us that.

Having had 2 healthy babies since my loss, and only the one loss, I don't think that it's as bad for me. I think each loss chips away at your hope, especially when they're back-to-back.

However, I am still scared of it, especially since I know how common miscarriage is and that having a stillbirth doesn't guarantee I won't have another loss.

I'm scared to death especially after everyone I saw had to tell me all the statistics and the fact that I had 6 kids just means I have more statistics to catch up to. I'm now not only afraid of another preterm pregnancy, but also one that I don't even make it to 24wks. I think in my case, it makes me want one even more. I want to beat the odds and prove everyone wrong.

Thanks ladies. Yeah the fact that I don't get a free pass sucks . I still have a 50/50 chance of having another m/c. And it is so scary.
