Alright I forgot but ,I started spotting July 11th. not a whole lot . Then Started my period on the 14th. I am trying to calculate the date I will ovulate ,but when Do I start counting my first day of my period the sunday or Wednesday ?// Thanks for your help

I always go by the first full day of bleeding as my first day - not the days that I spot so I would say Wednesday the 14th.

Yep, I'm the same. I always spot for a day before I start full bleeding, but I don't count cd 1 until the full bleeding starts.

Darn HAHA that is was what I thought. I forgot how much I hated waiting to ovulate and then the 2ww.. this could make a sane person go crazy .Thanks ladies I thought so but was not for sure
