I was just curious if any of you worked out while still in the early stages of pregnancy and if you noticed a difference from when you think you implanted? In difference I mean pains in the abdomen with certain moves or feel it more or heavier when working out.. I was just curious.. Any feedback I would appreciate it..

I didn't work out so I don't know if I will be of much help...I did have a lot of cramping, not quite as bad as period cramps but cramps none the less. I was too scared to do anything strenuous, the most work I did was sweeping the floors in my house.

When are you testing? I hope you get a sticky BFP in the next couple of days!!!

I didn't work out.. but I never changed my routine. I had "implantation pains"... I look back and had pains on both the right and left side.. Never had that before. (duh I guess not.. LOL since it is exactly were A and B were implanted. I did have some cramping... But not anything "muscle" feeling.

Hope you get your Sticky BFP!

In the two week wait, I didn't notice any difference at all when I ran or played soccer. I actually kept saying I wasn't pregnant Because of my risk factors, I am not allowed to run during pregnancy, so as soon as I got my BFP I switched to walking (Well - couch potato and toilet hugger for three months, then walker) and I can tell a difference in my heart rate and breath.

Good luck to you! I will keep my fingers crossed!

Kat.

I was still walking, but started bleeding (so stopped walking as far). I feel ligament pains and muscles in my abs pull all of the time as I pick up Wesley or clean the house.

I was on vacation at the very beginning of this pregnancy but I too felt some cramping in the beginning. I was so sure it was AF that it took several weeks to not be freaked out I was going to find blood when I went to the bathroom.

I used to work out six days a week before getting pregnant and I'm lucky if I make it once now. I tried cardio kickboxing last Monday and then felt awful for two days after that so I'm just going to give it up. I was so worried and it's just now worth it.

I get winded faster now and I can't stand the heat. I get light headed and just have no energy the hotter I get.

Hope you get your sticky BFP soon!!

Before I was pregnant I was doing alot of walking but didnt notice any difference really once I found out.

I was told by my OB that as long as your exercising before you get pregnant then you are ok to exercise once you are... But if your not dont start up an exercise routine.

I don't work out. I did notice cramping right around the time that AF was due. It felt exactly like AF cramps.

I was working out a couple times a week during the implantation stage but didn't really notice anything different. Looking back I probably would have noticed a bit more shortness of breath and some lack of energy but nothing more than my normal AF cramps.

I stopped working out as soon as I found out (kinda coincidence cause my exercise class ended and I was too scared to start another one) but my doctor said it was fine to contine working out as long as I didn't do anything more than I normally did. However, the odd time I did do any kind of exercise in those early weeks i got crampy and just didn't feel right so I gave up doing anything but walking.

I actually started working out a couple of weeks before I got pg. The funny thing is that we weren't really trying and I didn't even get my normal O pains. And the other thing is that I never got any AF type cramps this time around either to indicate that something was up, just got really really tired. I stopped working out a few weeks after I found out that we had a BFP cause I was just too tired.
