I am only 4dpo and I feel like AF is on her way and coming any second... I have had terrible AF cramping all day and a migraine. Ugggggg... I hope my body is not that messed up that my cycle is less than 20 days

I think maybe the cysts I had never went away and that is why I am feeling this way. Maybe its a good sign that they are bursting or leaving my body or whatever they do!

Missy maybe it's good cramping?

I know this cycle I've cramped allot after O, then it stopped, then I cramped the past couple days and today nothing. So I dunno... maybe our bodies are secretly syncing? LOL!

You are onto something here Celena.... Maybe it is the soy that is making me feel this way. We both did soy this cycle. (Hugs)

Ok, day 3 of cramping and my nipples are so sore and feel like they are on fire. I am all stuffy and day 2 of feeling nauseous. Could it be?
