Hi All! I had a chemical pregnancy in June and my hcg returned to zero on 6/25/10... I started bleeding June 27-30...On July 19, I had light bleeding for about 12 hours and then it stopped... Was this my first period following the chemical pregnancy? If anyone could please share any experience they have had with this it would be greatly appreciated... I know it can take a while for period to return but I haven't had any other bleeding since that 12 hours and I am confused.. Thank you.....

I am sorry for your loss. It takes time for our bodies to return to normal so your cycles may be off for a few months. It may be a really short or really long cycle.

Maybe it's implantation bleeding? Have you taken a test? It could also be 'cuz your cycles are a little outta wack from the m/c.

I had a chemical in Nov. My periods returned to normal almost right away. The chemical itself was more crampy and heavier. But Dec was normal.. and I concieved after that period. (miscarried again due to a Chromosomal issue)

But every lady is different. Some get back right away... some take longer. After my loss in Jan/Feb (had a d/e in Feb) It took my body 7 months to get back to normal and concieve again....
