So my gynae visit this morning after the D&C, I thought I had ovulated on saturday...turns out instead the follicle made a cyst that has dropped into my uterus. Well at least it didn't stay in the falopian tube so good news there at least.

Other than that everything seems fine in there, he is satisfied with my recovery but has a "plan" lol. I am to take Utrogestan to help with the cyst and continue taking Glucophage to treat my insulin resistance. Opk's to test for ovulation and then once I fall pregnant (I soo hope next cycle lol) test early and start taking progesterone immediately to help things along. We realised that with my son we found out very early and had started progesterone at almost 5 weeks.

Thanks for reading my essay I just wanted to share with people who understand...

I'm glad you have a plan with your doctor. I hope you get your BFP soon!
