I was wondering if anyone here knows of any natural ways to thicken the uterine lining?

I read an article on progesterone and I read that progesterone is suppost to thicken the lining to make it spongey to help implant the egg.. It is something that you can always ask your Dr if you are worried about it..

I have read that raspberry leaf tea helps too. I just bought some the other day. It's supposed to increase lining and tone the uterus. But it might be best to only take it up to O since it might cause contractions.

We'll be trying progesterone cream this time after OV. I know it's not quite as potent as oral progesterone. We are trying as much as we can on our own first as we aren't quite desperate yet. We have had three miscarriages in a row though and I know I probably need to let the lining of my uterus thicken by missing a cycle. However, we are getting ready to move to Germany so this will be the last time for a few months that we can try so I'm trying to increase the odds as getting pregnant does not seem to be the problem, it's just hanging onto them seems to be the problem. All of the miscarriages have been 17DPO or less.

You could take raspberry leaf and vitex both are general female system tonics... they're hormone balancers which could help with your natural body's systems by balancing your hormones which in turn your body with naturally thicken the uterus along with everything working in sync the way it should.

I would do more research because I'm not sure what exactly you're looking for and want it to do, what your cycles are and such.

Have you had testing done to say that you have thin lining?
