Hi Ladies,

So I tried some soy isoflavones this month (80mg days 3-7) and I am pretty sure I am O'ing tonight, (positive OPK's x 24 hours) and I am having some PAINFUL cramping on my left side, which is where I think I am O'ing... just wondering if anyone else had this when you tried soy? I can't remember having this before.
