I had a natural miscarriage a little over 4 weeks ago. I was just wondering if it's normal to start cramping a week before AF comes? I usually have cramps the day before but I'm having cramps now that hurt. Will it be getting worse? What am I in for? AF is due Sun/Mon. Still hoping for a +test before that but not holding my breath.

I have been cramping for a week now. It's been bad enough that I haven't slept very well for the past couple of nights. Still absolutely no sign of af. If my cramps have been this bad leading up to it I know I am in for it once af gets here. I have no answers for you but I am dealing with the same stuff. And I thought I was going to get af Tuesday or Wednesday.

Momo, do you know how many DPO you are? This just sux. I have to go to a wedding tomorrow with all my kids and a million babies there and am feeling like crawling under a rock instead.
