What vitamins, supplements, creams, medications are you taking to ttc after your loss?
Just curious...I started taking Vitex, B6, B12 and Folic Acid. There seems to be a lot of debate about baby aspirin, so I am still debating on that. I am also drinking Red Rasberry Tea.

I'm just taking prenatal for now. If nothing happens, then I may add something.

I used to take sooo many things, and then I decided I would go back to just the prenatals. EPO, which I took for EWCM (didn't help with that), just made me O late when I took it, and I didn't know whether the other stuff was doing any good, since I already eat really healthy. It was depressing me to take all that stuff and still end up with nothing. At one point I was taking prenatals, EPO, baby aspirin, B complex, L-arginine, B6, and spirulina.
