I started taking soy on Friday (CD 3) I plan to take it until Tuesday. I have had no side effects. Before my miscarriage my cycle was 27-28 days long. I ovulated around CD 15. I have no idea of the miscarriage has changed my cycle, or if the soy will make me O sooner.

When do you think I should start using OPK?

If I test too soon will I get a false + because of the soy?

Thanks for all your help!

Hi Karen,

If you have enough OPK sticks, I would start testing at CD8 just to be on the safe side. The soy should not give you false positives.

Good Luck!
