I'm starting a support group tonight....i'm so nervous...It's for woman and men, but I know my husband won't go...I'm actually hoping no men are there...i'm not sure I could open up about anything with husbands there...anyone else go to a group? I've had really bad social anxiety since Ella died, and i'm really freaking out about this.

I think it's great that you are doing this. I have noticed that sometimes it's easier talking to strangers about pg loss than your own family/friends.
Good luck, let us know how it goes.

I hope things go well at the meeting. I, too, would like to have something like that in my area. I don't want to see or talk to anyone I know right now -- even though my friends are very supportive and reaching out to me.

Oh, I'm sorry, that is too bad. At least you got some one on one time with the counselor, right?

((HUGS)) Do you feel like it helped you at all?

I'm pretty sure that one person felt very lucky that you got to spent 2hrs talking to her. I know I would been extremely happy to talk to someone that has gone thru loss for 2 hrs, it makes a huge difference.

I hope you get more people.
