Alright, so one of my really good friends, had a very hard time TTC. They did IVF, fertilization drugs, etc. They had a long hard road. It took them eight years to finally conceive twins (a boy and a girl). Now the kids are eight years old.
Last night, my friends DH was out in their backyard at eleven at night doing target practice for a local bow and arrow competition (he is very into that sort of stuff) The kids were supposed to be in bed asleep. The mom was awake, but didn't hear any noises. The little boy snuck out of his window to watch his daddy practice, and did not know he was in the line of sight for the bow and arrow target. His father did not see him, and the arrow went straight through his head.
He is currently in ICU with very little chance of survival, and even if he does come through there will be massive brain damage, but at this point and time they just want their little boy to live. Her DH had to be committed, and isolated on suicide watch.
Please pray for their little boy. I have known this couple since I was eight years old, and know how hard it was for them to conceive, and then to lose one of their miracle babies might possibly kill them.

Oh my gosh...that is absolutely horrible  I will keep them in my thoughts and prayers. I just can't even imagine what that father must be going through...

OMG what a horrible tragedy.....I'm speechless.....That's horrible for a parent to have to go through, I hope the dad is able to recover from this before more tragedy hits the family. I'll be praying for them.

Oh my goodness.. That is so sad... Can I add his family to my prayer group list on facebook? I have a group and we pray over things... This is so horrible... My prayers go out to the family and the father..
