I'm armed with a heating pad strapped to my waist, a mop and bucket filled with soapy water, and midol. (and a shot of rum in case I really really need it. I know it's a bad habit but, I let myself take one shot every cycle when my cramps really get bad and the heating pad just ain't doing it's job......)
I've been feeling like crap for the past week. My stomach has been cramping so bad that I could barely move. So bad that I finally went to the ER, on vaycay. So bad that (sorry TMI) DH and I haven't even DTD at all in a week. I'm just sick of it.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
I went out and bought myself a new dress (technically a shirt, but something I wear with leggings) strapped my heating pad on my waist, and filled my bucket with water and pine sol, turned on stereo to Orgy (the band...haha. for some reason I find them very motivating) and i'm mopping! I'm sick of putting things aside (except DD of course) because my pain is so high. I'm going to cook a good dinner for DH, i'm going to spit polish the windows, and i'm going to sing the entire time.
Sorry just had to share with some wonderful ladies that understand.
****************UPDATE FOR QUESTION*******************
Alright so today is the 21st meaning AF started yesterday. Light, but normal. Today it's a storm. I'm bleeding pretty bad, worse than any AF i've had. (sorry TMI) I'm not quite sure how much I didn't really think about it til now, and i'm starting to try and keep track.
So I guess my question regards to this: can doing too much increase bleeding? Heating pads? I worked my arse off yesterday, and I can't help but feel i'm waaay paying for it today. Could it possibly be a m/c? Maybe the blood test was so low that it showed a NG? I don't know. Ark. I'm so glad I have you ladies, because otherwise i'd probably drive my OB mad!

Keep on doing what you're doing! Sometimes it just feels so good to say, "Screw it, this is what I want to do and no reproductive **** is going to hold me back!" Mop on, lady! Mop on!

I don't know about the increased bleeding, hon. But if it gets bad to the point that you are worried (more than 1 pad/tampon an hour), please head to the ER. I hope it has calmed down for you already!

Yeah I think it has something to do with my increased activity. Since I stopped being a busy little bee, the flow has slowed down, so I guess i'll just try and take it easy til she's gone.

I don't really know but I can tell you that my recent AF, when I got outside & played volleyball with my son (30 mins)... I had bled a lot. So much so that in that 30 min period I had to change my pad. I do think lots of activity increases the flow or something just based on my experience but I don't really know. Hope someone else can help more.

Well I'm glad it has slowed down.. AF's after m/c's... can be very different and mimic those of a an early m/c.. heavier bleeding, more cramping, just more pain in general. Do I think it is another m/c.. no. After my losses.. If I didn't start testing at 7dpo.. and had negatives.. I would have swore I was pregnant. Do to the pain, and the change of my norm. HUGS.. So sorry you are going through this, HUGS
