Not that it makes a big difference, but what would be the "right" way to chart after a D&C? I just signed up for FF a few weeks ago, and am feeling my way around the website. I put in my last AF, and added the HPT and miscarriage to the chart.. I started temping earlier this week and added it to the same cycle for my last AF. (So I'm CD89)

Do you think it's better to start a new cycle the day of the D&C amd use my bleeding days as the AF days? Or just to keep it how it is? I going to exclude this cycle from the stats anyway, so my big advantage to doing this is not having to look at a 89 day cycle anymore!

Just wanted to see what you ladies thought, thanks!

I would do (and did do) CD1 as the day of the D/C. since this is like the "startover day"....... It took AF (my real AF to show 35 days after my D/E) I would continue to temp, since you will be able to see a temp shift.. hopefully signaling Ovualation. It is a good way to start to see you body get back to normal. After my d/e it took about 5 months. Alot of ladies return to normal right away.. some ladies alot longer. But at least this way.. you can see the patern of your temps and cycles.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Thanks ladies! I'm only on day 6 of temping, and I've already forgotten to do it twice! Maybe I'll get the hang of it soon.

Tracking my cervical position is kinda cool... I've been checking my CM and cervical position internally, and really haven't found much of interest. Today I noticed that the position was much higher and I noticed a lot more CM! I cold actually feel it in there and was able to "scrape" it out with my fingers. Wow.. who would've thought that I would be excited about checking cervical position!

Yeah, I don't know if I'll really ever be able to chart it accurately.. Right now I'm just feeling! (I don't know how high "high" really is until I feel everything!) It's fun to feel the changes either way!
