Well I am actually somewhat releived that AF has arrived. Boy I thought for sure I was pregnant though. I really had a lot of symptoms. (or so I thought). Apparently now (after the m/c) I am going to get these symptoms before AF. Well here I am CD1.

Does anyone know what I should use as a cycle number for next time.

before the m/c my cycles were always 28days

1st after- 32 days
2nd after-24 days
3rd after-31 days

I'm thinking take the average and go w/29 days. Just so I can get an idea when to expect O next month.

I'm so sorry AF showed. It seemed you had all the symptoms of pregnancy. I don't have much advice as far as cycle numbers. DH and I usually just try to BD every other day starting on CD10 and hope it works. LOL!

Good luck for next month! That's the one I'm trying for as well.

Bummer that AF showed I was really hoping you were pg. Do you use ovulating strips? They are a life saver if you ask me. I wouldnt know when to BD if I didnt use them. The only reason I temp is to make sure that I have ovulated. Try the strips this cycle hun! Start them around CD13 and go from there!

I'm sorry af played such nasty tricks on you !!!!!

Anyhow.....You should always go by your LONGEST cycle......so next time you can start testing for your would be cd 32.....

To determine when you ovulate you should always go by your SHORTEST cycle, so you won't miss O......so I would recommend start testing with opks beginning cd 7.......
