Yesterday, at 9w3d, after a tiny bit of spotting and some moderate cramping, I went to the ER as advised by my doctor in light of my history.
I was diagnosed with a missed miscarriage, since my baby had only grown a week since my previous ultrasound at 6w4d, and the heartbeat had stopped
I'm a mess right now, I have been given meds to take to miscarry at home, as well as pain meds.
I guess I don't really belong here, or won't for awhile, since I'm not going to TTC at least until next April. 3 in a year is just too much.

I'm so sorry for your loss! I've also had 3 losses. Give yourself time to grieve and cry, it's good to let it out. Have you had any testing for multiple miscarriages?

Yes, I have, and I still have more testing to undergo, I started after the 2d loss.
So far, I have positive anti-nuclear antibodies (1:640)
I have PCOS and a LP defect (which we found out shortly after the first loss, since I had undergone testing to figure out why I was taking so long to get pregnant the very cycle I turned out to get pregnant!)
I also have positive antibodies which may or may not indicate a blood clotting disorder, but these aren't as clear-cut as the ANAs were so I'm still awaiting diagnosis.

I'm sorry for your losses. I'm glad that they are already trying to figure out what's causing the m/c.
I hope the wait to TTC again goes fast.

Honey, I'm so sorry you have to go thru this. Be strong. You will get your baby. Even if you aren't ttc, you can still vent here. We all know what you are going thru and will be here for you.

 thank you all
I know I can stay here of course. It's awful but I'm sure those who have had several losses will understand I can't even think of getting pregnant again right now. Maybe one day but now the very thought scares me so much
