Last month was a total bust for me using the CBEFM. I never once got a high or peak reading. I have read the instructions 100X but want yall's opinin as to what you do each time.

Ok.. So Im on CD 3. On CD 1 I pushed the lil "m" button at 6AM. So this gives me a window from 3AM to 9AM correct? and I am to use FMU.. So if I was to wake at 3:30AM to use the bathroom I would need to pee in a cup since its in the time frame or wait closer to 6AM?? Im wondering if this isnt where I messed up before.

Any other advice/tricks/tips for the CBEFM?

Thanks ladies!

I'm not for sure, but I don't see why you couldn't do it that way...I think you can do it 3 hours before that time, or 3 hours after...I would probably do it that way...Good luck, and I hope it works for you this month.

Anytime you pee in the time frame, but I would make sure to do so BEFORE you start drinking any liquids. So if you get up to pee @ 3:30am but go back to sleep then get up at 6am you could use that urine.

You're correct! Since I've been using mine for awhile I've gotten used to testing early since I normally have to pee around 3-4 am. I don't even need to turn on the light anymore! lol. I know if when I turn it on and see a red light on it, it's asking for a test strip. So I just pee on one, stick it in the monitor and go back to bed and then when I get up later I take it out of the monitor and see what my reading was. But it asks for you FMU so if you have to pee early, definitly test then! GL!
