...a package of newborn diapers. For Erin's bunny. She loves to put her and Patrick's diapers on Bunny, but they are WAAAAY too big, and I hate wasting their diapers when I could be putting them on my kids.

I pulled one out, they're TEEEEENY! I had forgotten. I'm so close to tears. I thought I was doing good! I didn't even react like this when I holding my itty bitty new niece (5 weeks old).

But these itty bitty diapers?

They fit Bunny perfectly though. lol

You never know what will set you off.... sometimes unexpected things like that can hit you because you haven't prepared yourself to handle it.....

You're right. I definitely prepared myself for Izzy (who is probably the SWEETEST baby alive!). I was surprised she didn't make me as baby hungry as I thought. But those diapers.....

*sigh*

This weekend, I watched my niece. My niece just turned 3 and she's the sweetest thing. She woke up twice in the middle of the night screaming, and I held her and rocked her and told her I loved her and she calmed down. Taking care of her, I started to mourn a little bit... Today, when I left she asked, "Are you gonna go home to your baby now?" And I actually had tears in my eyes. Thinking about it has me going a little bit now too. Today's kind of a rough day. DH is at work late tonight, so I've got a lot of time to think...

oh yes. Little tiny diapers. That'll do it everytime. Also newborn clothing, for me.

Newborn diapers do the same thing to me Brittany. There is just something about them being so small... ((Hugs))
