What are you having for dinner tonight? I am cooking chicken wings. Half with chicken wing sauce and half with a smoked flavoring. I love to cook!

I'm on the fence between ham and cheese bowties, or chili. Though those were choices for last nights dinner too, ended up getting nauseous--not wanting either of them and made french toast instead Love breakfast for dinner!

mmmm breakfast for dinner!
Tonight is fish night at my house. I try to make it as kid friendly as possible, lol. So fish and sweet potatoes. For dessert we had chocolate croissants with whip cream, strawberries and raspberries.

I made tonight.... (sorta what I told ya earlier)
  • panko breaded flounder (baked it),
  • handmade eggrolls
(mung bean threads, cabbage, carrot, bamboo shoots, watercress, shredded seasoned chicken, baby corn),
  • jasmine rice
  • steamed broccoli with toasted almonds, lemon zest & a dash of honey
