Is a longer LP bad, good or indifferent. I have never really paid attention to mine however I think mine have gotten longer since stopping bcp. I am a 29 day person and before I would ovulate on the normal day 15-16 giving me a 14 day LP. But it seems now I am ovulating on day 12-13 making my LP longer. I don't know how that affects everything.

I may be wrong Jess but I think a longer LP is much better than a short LP. My LP used to be 10 days for many years but then in the past 6 months it went to 12 days and the doctor thought that was great!

My LP varies from 14-16 days, and from what I have read, there is no downside to a longer LP.

I just know that shorter than 10 days is not good, it can't support a PG.
