Implantation pains? or ovulation??

Hey ladies,
Ok , so here is another question from moi . So I was positive that I ovulated on CD 12 because of spotting on CD 12 ,loads of egg white CM and my normal ovulation pains that I get when I ovulate. I almost always get ovulation pains , rarely get the spotting but it has happened before . I am an hour away from being 10dpo, so I guess it would be time for implantation . I know your Cm changes throught your cycle . Normally I get the egg white 2 days before, the day of and then it dries to very little till I get AF . I had very scant egg white on 6 and 7 dpo, after I went to the bathroom

. 8 dpo I had tons of creamy cm with slightly more of egg white mixed in , 9 dpo still a lot of creamy cm, more thennormal for me but the egg white,clear slimy cm increased also . I am wondering if I did not O before and I am now? Hubby is on a 24 hour duty so we can't BD again till the morning . Other then the CM, I am worried because I felt slight twinges yesterday, slightly uncomfortable this morning and early afternoon . My back pain increased as the day went on and now this evening, I am having pretty decent pains.. Not cramps like PMS, those kind of spread all over my mid to lower section . this pain is very low in my pelvic reigon.. it is not like double me over level 10 pain , nor is it constant extreme pain . But it is decently strong, I's say from 1-10 a 4 and varies from pinching/poking feeling to just warm heat pressures if that makes any sense . So I guess I am wondering if this pain is caused by implantation or ovulation? My ovulation pain on cd 12 only lasted like an hour, if that, it was a series of short sharp pains, maybe a level 3 but enough for me to know what they were . and then they just stopped . this is kind of ongoing, off and on all night . So what do you guys think ? I have a POAS problem and started testing 7dpo,8dpo and today 9dpo and they were all negs but that is early and I guess you can never tell when that little bean will implant.. if that is what is going on .
