Well I guess I should start by saying I like to ignore aches and pains at all cost to avoid the Dr.s not because I fear Dr.s or pain itself but because I am very shy when it comes to talking about my body (well not to you guys) but the rest of the world. So anyway the month I got Preg. (Feb. ) right before I got my BFP I had this really bad pain in my lower abdomen right side. It was really bad for a few days and then went away. Since then each month a few days before AF I get the same thing (not as bad). And right this minute I am having some cramps but the pain seems to be concentrated at this spot. The pain is not so bad I can't function but it's annoying. I called the DR. today because I am overdue for my yearly apt. anyway they gave me an apt. June 8th. I did mention the pain and they said to go to the hospital if the pain is bad. So what do you think???

Maybe cysts??? Have you had a u/s since your m/c??? I know I used to get a lot of cysts on my left ovary and so that's where my pain would stay off and on.

sorry I'm not much more help

Hi Kelly! I am going through the same thing! I m/c in January and have had abdominal pain almost everyday for like a month now! I was suppose to go to the doctor tomorrow, but rescheduled for next Tuesday. I will definitely let you know what they say!

Hope you feel better soon!

Thanks for the replies. Sandra I will be very interested to see what your Dr. says. If it's a cyst will it interfere with TTC or do you think it could have had something to do w/my m/c? I am due to O before my dr. apt. we will be going ahead and Bding unless it gets worse. Do you think this is a bad idea? Anybody?

Kelly, If it's a cyst it shouldn't interfere at all. I have had cysts fir years now and they come and go. I barely notice them unless they rupture...then the pain can be severe for hours. I conceived perfectly fine. When I got my first u/s the tech said that she saw my cysts, but not to worry b/c they were good for the baby?? I didn't go into details with her, but now I wish I would of!!! I was just to excited to be seeing my little bean for the first time. My DH and I are still "bding" so I don't see why you guys can't. Are you experiencing anything else or just the mild cramping? It sounds like you are concerned about cysts so here is a pretty detailed and helpful website to look at! http://www.ovarian-cysts.com/html/symptoms.php3
I hope this helps you feel a little better!!

Sandra

It could definently be a cyst. When I was 16 I had to go to the emergency room because I had a cyst rupture inside of my ovary and I couldn't even walk it was so painful. Thankfully that was a one time thing, but now I get sharp pains on my right side when I ovulate each month, so that could be it. Most women don't even realize they have them even though they have pain, and it shouldn't affect your ttc at all. My mom has had them for years and she has 4 perfectly healthy kids (including me!)

I think it maybe a cyst hun. I have had them and a couple times they have ruputured and omg that kills big time. All of the other times they are just in one spot and an annoying pain is all.

I agree with everyone it could be a cyst.Im also going thru this too since my m/c i never use to get that pain before. And now its everyday.I was thinking to go get a check up too.As far as bd'ing my dh and i continue regardless, it should'nt be a problem like the other girls said. if i do get a check up before you do il let you know what the doc said.Oh and i also did have a cyst during my preg i dont know if that ever went away or not.So let see what the dr says.

hey... i was thinking cysts too immediately after reading your post... BUT we arent doctors.. so your best bet would be go to to one. they will do blood work and an u/s... is it painful everyday.. or only during af time??? i dont know if they interfere with ttc... some come and go without us even knowing. goodl uck.. keep us posted!
